Brian practicing his sweater knitting skills during training.

Kasamba Brian, a 15-year-old from Ayuda Village in Abanga Sub-county, faced severe hardship after the death of his father.

Due to poverty, he dropped out of school and struggled to support himself through casual labor.

Through the PRETTIER Project implemented by SPACE, Brian received vocational skills training in sweater knitting and participated in life skills sessions. The project transformed his mindset, strengthened his relationship with his mother, and restored his hope for the future.

Today, Brian has practical income-generating skills and dreams of returning to school, buying land, starting livestock farming, and supporting his siblings to achieve a better future.
